We are thrilled to announce that West Plains Foundation has received approval for a partial building permit from the City of Calgary! While this permit allows us to begin construction at the foundation level only, it signals the start of the construction of our new home.
And here it is, the very first photo of the land where the future Westwood Cultural Center will stand.
