Silent Retreats
A silent retreat is a special time to break from the usual activities of life, a time for reflection and discernment without the distractions of work and family. In a silent retreat, we seek to be alone with God and avail of the many opportunities for personal prayer.
Our weekend retreats cover daily participation in the Holy Mass, reflections and talks on Christian teachings applied to the ordinary circumstances of daily living. There are times for confession and personal spiritual direction.
The spiritual and doctrinal activities sponsored by West Plains Foundation are entrusted to Opus Dei, a personal Prelature of the Roman Catholic Church. For more information on the Prelature of Opus Dei go to www.opusdei.ca.
